Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Manager - PB Epic.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing Coordinator while ensuring accurate and timely billing
Monitor revenue cycle indicators and implement corrective action plans based on statistical reports

Required Qualifications

Experience working in EPIC PB is required
High school graduate or GED equivalent
5 years of previous hospital billing experience
Working knowledge of insurance regulations, procedure and diagnosis coding, and automated insurance billing
Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
