Billing Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing all billing operations for a Pain Management Practice, the full-time remote Billing Manager will ensure accurate and timely billing for various services while managing the billing staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve claim issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage billing for clinic visits, interventional procedures, injections, diagnostics, and rehabilitation services
• Supervise billing staff, set productivity standards, and conduct performance reviews
• Monitor billing KPIs and conduct audits to implement corrective action plans as needed

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of healthcare billing experience with a focus on Pain Management and Worker's Compensation
• Strong knowledge of CPT billing and experience with multiple EHR/Practice Management systems
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid skills in other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
