Job Summary
Leading day-to-day billing operations, the full-time remote Billing Manager will manage a team focused on customer billing support, accounts receivable, collections, and dispute resolution while ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop teams responsible for customer billing support and billing quality assurance
- Own the end-to-end order-to-cash billing process and serve as the primary contact for the billing platform partner
- Lead resolution of escalations and payment disputes while proactively identifying issues to enhance client experience
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or a related function, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business
- Experience managing teams and driving accountability against service levels and performance expectations
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
- Comfortable working across billing systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Experience with Salesforce, Tabs, Rillet, PandaDoc, Stripe, Notion, and Slack is preferred but not required
