Billing Manager Production

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Manager, responsible for supporting the Production team and leading court reporter and provider billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjust rate cards for new and existing court reporter and provider proposals
• Navigate rate cards with the Sales team to ensure negotiated rates align with Operations model
• Research billing structures in new states and create training documents for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in accounting, billing, or finance, with prior court reporting experience
• In-depth understanding of legal regulations and best practices
• Ability to manage a team dealing with sensitive information
• Organized and adaptable, with cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency on Mac and PC, with Google Drive experience preferred
