Job Summary

Managing billing inquiries and account adjustments, the full-time Billing Member Services Specialist will review contract billing events, track billing issues, and respond to account-related questions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review contract billing events for accuracy and manage daily case reviews in the SFDC Case Management System
  • Process new sales orders and manually correct invoices and credits as needed
  • Fulfill member requests for account changes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of relevant professional-level work experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience with accounting software systems such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
