Job Summary
Managing billing inquiries and account adjustments, the full-time Billing Member Services Specialist will review contract billing events, track billing issues, and respond to account-related questions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review contract billing events for accuracy and manage daily case reviews in the SFDC Case Management System
- Process new sales orders and manually correct invoices and credits as needed
- Fulfill member requests for account changes, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of relevant professional-level work experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with accounting software systems such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
