A company is looking for a Billing Operations Analyst to manage the end-to-end billing and collections process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire billing process, including customer plan configuration in the billing engine
• Monitor and resolve customer issues in the billing queue efficiently
• Own the collections process, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in a customer-facing environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles and billing operations
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to process improvement
• Experience working in high-growth environments and with billing tools or financial software platforms
• High growth startup experience preferred
