Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end billing operations for products, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective collections
• Drive strategic initiatives and transformative projects to scale the billing program, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction
• Partner cross-functionally to define and implement process and system enhancements that improve the billing experience

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in billing operations, finance operations, or a related domain
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, managing full-time employees or outsourced teams
• Proven experience owning end-to-end billing processes in a high-volume environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field
• Understanding of billing processes and experience with CRM and financial systems
