Billing Operations Director

Job Summary

To oversee and optimize end-to-end order-to-cash operations within a shared services environment, the contract Director of Billing will lead transformation initiatives across billing, collections, cash applications, and dispute management while driving process improvements and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) operations, including billing, collection, cash application, and dispute resolution
• Drive global transformation initiatives to modernize and streamline I2C processes while managing and developing global shared services teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance visibility and reporting across the order-to-cash cycle and improve key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Invoice-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash functions within a global organization
• Background in shared services environments with offshore teams
• Hands-on experience leading finance transformation initiatives
• Strong exposure to ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and system implementations
• Experience with automation platforms and billing/cash application tools, such as HighRadius or similar
