Billing Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end billing function for a complex B2B telecommunications business, the full-time Head of ETP, Voltron Platform will manage billing strategy, execution, and transformation, particularly focusing on the Zuora Billing platform while working remotely within the continental United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and delivery for diverse products
• Act as the senior business owner for Zuora Billing, overseeing platform governance, configuration, and operational performance
• Lead cross-functional improvements in the quote-to-cash process, enhancing billing readiness and reducing revenue leakage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum twelve (12) years of progressive experience in billing, finance operations, or subscription management
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience managing billing teams in a high-volume environment
• Significant hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and complex B2B customer contracts
• Strong understanding of billing controls, reconciliations, and financial close processes
