Billing Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on enhancing billing processes, the full-time salaried Director of Billing Operations will oversee billing infrastructure, ensure accuracy and integrity, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement billing system architecture to support complex pricing models and subscription management
• Oversee invoice generation and establish billing controls, conducting periodic audits to ensure accuracy
• Manage the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, including CPQ configuration and customer lifecycle billing transitions

Required qualifications

• Experience in billing system architecture and configuration, particularly in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and billing compliance
• Proven track record in managing complex implementations and system integrations
• Experience in financial reporting and billing analytics
• Leadership experience in team development and cross-functional collaboration
