• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to improve billing systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or financial operations
• Experience working with global vendor support teams across multiple time zones
• Understanding of billing and invoicing processes, including dispute resolution
• Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams to enhance operational processes
• Familiarity with fraud detection and compliance-related workflows
