Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payments
• Manage billing operations through Stripe, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements
• Generate invoices, validate billing data, and respond to billing inquiries while supporting financial audits and month-end close procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
• Strong proficiency in Stripe or similar billing platforms, with knowledge of payment processing workflows
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and invoice lifecycle management
• Experience collaborating across departments, particularly with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success
• Familiarity with CRM and accounting tools such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, and Excel/Google Sheets
