Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to oversee the invoicing lifecycle and improve billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing and collections process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Establish and implement the Billing Playbook to streamline and automate billing processes
• Drive the collections process, monitor AR aging, and conduct outreach for past-due balances

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant work experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company
• Experience managing hybrid billing models (recurring subscription and usage/consumption)
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Netsuite is a plus
• Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a dynamic environment
