Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to lead their global billing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end billing lifecycle, including subscription creation, invoicing, renewals, and customer billing inquiries
• Lead month-end close activities, including renewal invoicing and reconciliations
• Design and improve scalable billing and contract management processes to support growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• General knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Experience managing subscription billing in a SaaS or hybrid environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
