Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily Billing Operations, including billing setup, claims submission, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Develop and enforce billing policies and monitor key performance indicators to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Manage the Billing Operations Team, providing coaching and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in healthcare, business, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including team management
• Proven expertise in operating RCM systems and understanding reimbursement workflows
• Deep knowledge of medical coding, EDI systems, and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or BI reporting tools
