Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager responsible for optimizing the subscription billing process and managing quote-to-cash systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve the Salesforce CPQ system and its integration with NetSuite
• Lead day-to-day billing operations and establish invoicing procedures
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to streamline deal desk processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in billing, finance, or revenue operations, preferably in SaaS
• Proven expertise with CPQ systems and hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
• CPA or significant accounting experience is a strong advantage
• Experience with project management tools and communication platforms
