Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end billing and collections transition from a system-driven model to a manual process
• Act as the single point of contact for the billing and collections function within the project
• Oversee manual invoicing, payment processing, and application of premiums

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, ideally Personal Lines
• Deep expertise in billing and collections operations
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and business processes
