Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Manager to oversee and enhance billing operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end billing process for subscription and usage-based revenue
• Review and resolve complex billing scenarios while ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation
• Lead the accounts receivable team, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations
• Strong understanding of subscription and/or usage-based billing
• Experience managing high-volume billing processes and leading teams
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Customer teams
