Billing Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead and scale billing and revenue accounting processes across a global customer base, the full-time remote Billing Operations Manager will manage global billing operations, oversee collections, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating with various teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation and managing the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and revenue flux commentary, while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and related regulations
• Continuously improve billing, AR, and revenue processes for scalability and efficiency, identifying automation opportunities across systems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
• Strong Order to Cash and Revenue Accounting experience
