Billing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate all Stripe workflows end-to-end, including configuring invoice templates and delivery schedules
• Monitor payment activity, resolve billing issues, and follow up on past-due accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate onboarding and billing compliance

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Stripe, particularly in Stripe Invoicing and workflows
• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations in a SaaS or healthcare setting
• Proven ability to manage and close unpaid invoices
• Experience with high-volume recurring billing and subscription management
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems or telehealth workflows is a plus
