Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Specialist (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, live chat, and emails to resolve patient billing inquiries
• Perform verification of benefits and ensure timely communication of care costs to patients
• Utilize multiple software systems to process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, including billing and insurance verification
• Experience with Google Suite and Apple MacBook preferred
• Ability to handle high volumes of client inquiries related to billing
• Willingness to undertake additional tasks and demonstrate eagerness to learn
• Strong passion for mental health and wellness
