Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of incoming phone calls, live chat, and emails to resolve patient billing inquiries
• Perform verification of benefits and ensure timely communication of care costs to patients
• Utilize various software systems for eligibility checks, invoicing, payment processing, and insurance claims

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or related fields
• Experience with Google Suite and Apple MacBook preferred
• Ability to manage high volume client inquiries related to billing
• Willingness to undertake tasks beyond the defined role
