Billing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage billing operations and customer inquiries in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for resolving billing operations case issues and escalations
• Proactively manage case counts to ensure timely resolutions and maintain accurate case documentation
• Perform customer reconciliations and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in billing operations and/or accounts receivable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data manipulation
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to foster relationships with internal teams for effective problem-solving
