Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly invoices and manage customer accounts
• Resolve client inquiries and issues related to billing
• Document billing inquiries and provide progress reports to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Support
• Experience with subscription-based services
• Knowledge of ChargeBee or similar billing software is ideal
• Deep understanding of G Suite products
• Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours
