Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Specialist to support their Business Operations team with customer billing assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming billing inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding billing changes, tax increases, and account status
  • Process billing updates, review customer accounts, and assist with billing portal access and payment methods
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in billing operations, customer support, accounts receivable, or business operations
  • Experience managing multiple cases in a CRM, with Salesforce experience required
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Support, and Operations teams
  • Strong ability to interpret billing data and maintain accuracy
  • Proficient in utilizing AI for operational efficiencies and data analysis
