Billing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Specialist (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices using NetSuite
• Review customer payments, reconcile discrepancies, and support accounts receivable aging and collections processes
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to resolve billing inquiries and improve billing processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related financial role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with NetSuite for billing and invoicing
• Experience using Salesforce to access customer and sales data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF)
