Billing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling organization, the full-time remote Billing Operations Specialist will manage the full billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts, ensuring accurate provisioning, subscription management, and revenue integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Translate closed-won deals into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms and reconcile order forms with provisioning requests
• Process mid-cycle changes, manage renewals, and handle offboarding while resolving invoice discrepancies
• Conduct audits of active subscriptions to verify billing accuracy and support month-end and quarter-end close processes

Required qualifications

• Experience with billing systems such as Stripe or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
• Ability to navigate complex billing scenarios and resolve discrepancies
• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, preferably in a tech or SaaS company
