Billing Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and skilled in subscription management, the full-time Billing Operations Specialist will manage and support billing operations, payment processing, and customer billing experiences remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Chargebee, managing product catalogs, pricing plans, and subscription lifecycle events
• Maintain Stripe payment workflows, investigating payment exceptions and ensuring timely resolution
• Support integrations between Chargebee, Stripe, and internal systems, collaborating with engineering teams on enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Chargebee administration and subscription billing operations
• Deep understanding of Stripe payment processing and workflows
• Experience supporting SaaS subscription business models
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and SaaS metrics
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations
