Job Summary

Experienced billing operations leaders will find a remote opportunity as a Billing Operations Strategic Partner, responsible for managing end-to-end billing processes, creating demand in priority accounts, and collaborating with teams to identify and resolve billing challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Create credible demand in priority accounts by establishing trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Partner to construct deal strategies for priority opportunities, shaping customer-specific value narratives
• Identify and challenge areas where billing creates friction and cost, ensuring smooth cash application and reconciliation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing billing operations end-to-end for an MGA, carrier, or third-party billing vendor
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex billing environments with multiple structures and challenges
• Strong understanding of cash application, reconciliation, and payment processing issues
• Ability to articulate a clear vision for scalable billing processes and cash flow predictability
• Experience collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align on customer needs and product positioning
