Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of billing team members and manage multiple clients
• Ensure accurate billing of medical claims and compliance with regulations
• Train and mentor team members while monitoring performance and productivity

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Minimum 2 years of billing and coding experience in a practice or hospital
• Current billing and coding certifications (CPB and CPC)
• Experience managing multiple billing projects across different EMRs
