Billing Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Team Leader, Billing (Direct + Mid Market) to oversee billing operations and ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the billing and invoicing team for small to mid-market clients
• Continuously evaluate and enhance billing processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Generate reports on billing metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in billing or invoicing, preferably in a high-volume environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, with an aptitude for learning new systems
