Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Oversight Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer retention and account growth by exceeding quarterly and annual targets
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with practice owners to meet their clinical and business needs
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate for customers internally to ensure timely support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, business, or a related field
- Experience in autism/ABA/ABA billing and behavioral health
- Comfortable working with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with SaaS companies is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and electronic medical billing platforms
