Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Oversight Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer retention and account growth by exceeding quarterly and annual targets
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with practice owners to meet their clinical and business needs
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate for customers internally to ensure timely support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, business, or a related field
  • Experience in autism/ABA/ABA billing and behavioral health
  • Comfortable working with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SaaS companies is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and electronic medical billing platforms
