Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is seeking a Billing Phone Specialist to respond to clinician and patient billing inquiries and work cross-functionally with various departments to serve client needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Respond to high volume billing inquiries and maintain appropriate response time in various communication platforms
- Identify issues and suggest potential improvements
- Effectively communicate, resolve, and document billing related inquiries
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- 1+ year experience in a client-facing role or 2+ years of work experience post-college
- Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (i.e. Salesforce)
- Outstanding customer service/phone communication skills
