Billing Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end billing platform, the full-time remote Billing Product Manager will lead the evolution of billing systems to enhance revenue generation and operational scalability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the billing platform, including claims generation, invoicing, and internal tooling for revenue cycle and accounting teams
• Define and execute the billing product strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals
• Identify opportunities to reduce billing errors, streamline workflows, and improve collection rates through data analysis and innovative solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience
• 7+ years in market and/or product strategy, product management, or related fields, preferably in the B2B healthcare space
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to enhance product offerings is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a technical understanding of billing operations
