Leading a team of billing professionals, the full-time Billing QA/QC Representative Lead will manage quality control assessments, coordinate feedback documentation, and audit reporting in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct team member quality control assessments and provide performance input to management
• Coordinate and maintain documentation of team member feedback
• Audit and administer quality control reporting for departmental work completed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of medical billing experience
• Proficiency in using a computer and Windows PC applications
