Billing Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality assurance audits on employees or sub-contracted staff
• Present findings to the auditee and report to management
• Develop training materials and assist in training plans for clients and employees

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of Intermediate level of Excel experience
• Comfortable speaking in a group setting
• Able to present audit findings in a confident and constructive manner
• Able to teach billing compliance concepts to individuals or groups
