Billing Quality Control Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Northeast Division, the full-time remote Billing Quality Control Coordinator will manage high-risk accounts, analyze financial impacts, and optimize billing processes while collaborating across departments to enhance revenue cycle performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-risk accounts and implement solutions to prevent revenue leakage
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and forecast financial outcomes
• Deliver advanced billing education and ensure compliance with payer requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate degree with 3 years of experience in the medical and/or insurance field, or 5 years of experience without a degree
• Knowledge of LCBS, LCLS, Labcorp LINK, and other Labcorp software preferred
• Experience with medical and insurance billing requirements and regulations
