Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary, Billing Reimbursement Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile medical claims to collect revenue and reduce bad debt
• Manage appeals and denials based on payer guidelines and evaluate billing inquiries
• Perform data entry, verify insurance eligibility, and investigate denied services

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; additional education preferred
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or healthcare
• Knowledge of coding systems such as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical billing software
• Experience with laboratory insurance billing is preferred
