Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Reimbursement Specialist II who will be responsible for reconciling medical claims to collect revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase cash collection and reduce bad debt
• Manage appeals and denials based on payer guidelines
• Investigate denied services and take appropriate actions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; further education preferred
• 2 years of experience in A/R, Billing, insurance, or healthcare
• Knowledge of coding systems such as CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical billing software
• Experience in laboratory insurance billing preferred
