Billing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Representative II to manage reports, resolve claim edits, and respond to inquiries in support of customer sites across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient accounts to ensure claims are accurate and billable
• Identify and resolve claim edits while understanding billing guidelines and payer requirements
• Proactively fix claim rejection errors and resubmit claims based on payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• One year or more in Medical Billing and Follow Up experience
• Experience in Pharmacy and Medicare billing
• Ability to execute processes efficiently and maintain high-quality standards
• Computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Enhanced customer service skills
