Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide input for effective management of the premium billing function
• Monitor outstanding balances and manage invoice preparation and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with computers and Windows-based systems
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours
