Billing Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather support data for invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide input to policies and procedures for effective management of the premium billing function
• Monitor outstanding balances and manage the preparation and reconciliation of invoices with accounts receivables

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in Insurance / Billing
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications
• Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours, with flexibility for occasional overtime
