Billing Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Billing Representative will manage medical and ancillary product premium billing, ensuring invoice accuracy, addressing billing discrepancies, and educating customers on payment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather support data for invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide input to policies and procedures for effective management of the premium billing function
• Monitor outstanding balances and take actions to ensure timely payments from clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in Insurance / Billing
• Proficiency with Windows PC systems and ability to learn new software
• Flexibility to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during business hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
