Billing Representative

Job Summary

Supporting patient account resolution, the full-time Billing Representative will manage collections, handle patient inquiries, and ensure compliance while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and prioritize open Accounts Receivable (AR) for patient collections
• Handle inbound patient calls and conduct outbound collections outreach
• Collaborate with teams to drive account resolution and ensure compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy or medical Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), billing, or collections
• 1+ years of experience in patient billing customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to read and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
