Billing Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Billing Representative will manage patient account resolution, handle inbound and outbound collections calls, and ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts while contributing to a high-quality financial experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and prioritize open Accounts Receivable (AR) for patient collections
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to drive account resolution within target timelines
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and internal stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of experience in pharmacy billing and collections
• 1+ years of experience in medical billing and/or collections
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
