Billing Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Billing Representative will be responsible for the timely and accurate submission of patient bills to various insurance payors, managing billing processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hospital billing to ensure adherence to guidelines and standards
• Manage billing inventory for assigned clients while meeting financial goals
• Communicate with hospitals and insurance payors to resolve billing issues and process claims

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital billing or patient account receivable environment
• Experience utilizing hospital claims management or billing software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High-speed internet access and a smartphone for Multi-Factor Authentication
