Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Representative II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing records and process payments and adjustments
• Interact with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and support junior staff
• Reprocess insurance denials and collaborate with other departments on billing issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 2-3 years of experience in billing, finance, or collections
• Experience with MGB Health Plan and United Healthcare preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and relevant billing software
• No experience in lieu of a degree accepted
