Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes, and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
• Identifies solutions for billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
• Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in billing or customer service roles
• Knowledge of billing processes and complaint resolution
• Ability to negotiate settlements effectively
• Familiarity with consumer and commercial billing regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business is a plus
