Billing Resolution Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate with EPIC Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
• Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing Coordinator while ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Monitor revenue cycle indicators, trends, and implement corrective action plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• 3 years of previous hospital billing experience
• Experience working in EPIC
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated insurance billing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
