Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, collections, and data entry
• Recommend and implement process improvements and controls for billing and collections
• Assist in managing employees, including coaching, training, and disciplinary actions

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hospital billing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with third-party payer relations and insurance claims
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
